Conflict facilitation tools for community leaders in education
Project supported and funded by the European Union
Conflict facilitation tools for community leaders in adult education, a project supported by SAAIC — the Erasmus+ National Agency.
The project responds to the needs of non-formal educators who facilitate conflict. Conflict is a natural part of personal relationships and society, and responding to it effectively calls for approaches that go beyond logical reasoning.
The project aims to strengthen educators’ conflict facilitation skills through approaches that see conflict as an opportunity for learning and creative solutions. The “4 Ways of Thinking” course provides a theoretical foundation and practical training in four modes of thinking.
The course took place in Austria in August 2026 and was led by Helga and Manfred Weule from Institut Bewusstseinsstrategien.
Tvoríme mosty — building community dialogue through art
Project supported and funded by the European Union
CNK Záhrada, Banská Bystrica | 26 September – 2 October 2025
The project grew out of the needs of European organisations working with marginalised young people. It strengthens community organising among vulnerable youth groups in five countries and uses Forum Theatre to support community dialogue.
During the training, 14 community leaders explored the foundations of Theatre of the Oppressed, movement exercises, theatre techniques, dramaturgy and the creation of a short play based on real issues.
Training facilitators: Magdaléna Komárová and Andrej Návojský. Participating countries: Spain, Ukraine, Italy, Romania and Slovakia.
Paul Rebillot — drama therapy in adult education
Project supported and funded by the European Union
How can drama therapy help us explore the taboo subject of death?
A ten-month project beginning on 1 March 2025 brings Diligo’s non-formal educators closer to Paul Rebillot’s work, legacy and methods.
The mobility aims to develop skills in the “Death and Resurrection” drama therapy process and apply its format and techniques in adult education, particularly with people in crisis or difficult life circumstances. The project is funded by the European Union.

Training facilitators: Magdaléna Komárová and Andrej Návojský. Participating countries: Spain, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Austria and Slovakia.
Erasmus+
We believe in non-formal education and create learning experiences whose variety and playfulness stay with participants.
