Paul Rebillot’s Hero’s Journey.

The Hero’s Journey is an experiential process of self-discovery, an invitation to set out on an adventurous journey of your own.

Paul Rebillot’s Hero’s Journey

Every woman and every man carries the potential of a hero within. When a powerful call into the unknown is heard, the journey can begin: inward, and beyond.

Theatre techniques, ritual, nature, Gestalt work, symbols, movement, music and colour all help bring the Hero to life — along with the Demon of Resistance that stands in the way.

Through confrontation and a shared agreement, they set out together into a world of wonder. After trials and the hardest tests, the Hero finds a reward, a gift to share with others.

The journey unfolds against the backdrop of the monomyth described by American anthropologist Joseph Campbell, a friend and collaborator of Paul Rebillot.

The Hero’s Journey is for people who work with others, especially teachers, therapists, doctors, artists, social workers, people supporting others through crises, nurses, students, personal assistants and anyone at risk of burnout.

The guided Hero’s Journey workshop lasts seven days. Facilitators and assistants work under the supervision of Adventure Life.eu.
